    Pants Ripped in the groin area after the First day of use

    The quality of the pants do not hold up, as my pants ripped in the groin area after half a day of light use. I only snowboarded on intermediate runs and did not fall a single time. Please watch out before buying.


    Unfortunately, customer service has not been the greatest either. I've been ghosted for 2 weeks after emailing  cs@qmileseoul.com  and messaging their instagram page. Looks like I won't be getting a refund for a pants that ripped after one day of light use. Please see URL for photos.
